FRAY Studio started with the simple idea of using technology creatively to make live shows extraordinary. From our earliest experiments to major international productions, we’ve always aimed to create experiences that truly move and inspire audiences. We want our industry to be genuinely diverse. We actively do our bit by providing free training through FRAY_DEV and creating a studio culture where everyone, from every background, feels welcome.
Our team is the heart of FRAY, so we genuinely look after each other. That means proper parental leave, decent sick pay, flexible working, and genuinely caring if someone needs extra support or just some time off.

We actively support each team member’s growth. Everyone receives an annual training allowance to spend as they see fit for their professional development, plus a monthly cultural allowance to explore, be inspired, and broaden their horizons.
