Georgia began her career first at an employment research consultancy, where she built a strong foundation in HR, compliance and pay structures.

She went on to join 59 Productions as an Assistant Producer, touring a projection-mapping show across the UK. Her responsibilities included contract negotiations, accessibility, and logistics, before she expanded into studio coordination. In this capacity, she managed staffing capacity across the company and worked closely with leadership to budget team time effectively.

Since then, Georgia has been General Manager for FRAY Studio, leading operations and project delivery across multi-stakeholder creative projects from concept through completion. 

Her work balances the creative and the practical, building budgets, streamlining workflows, and embedding inclusive, accessible, and sustainable practices into every stage of delivery.
