Finn began exploring the emerging world of video design and media servers in the early 00s with theatre companies like Complicite and The English National Opera. He has since designed productions all over the world in both commercial and artistic spaces. His work makes video a seamless part of the production, integrating it holistically with set, lights, sound and performers, helping to create one compelling image for the audience. His work has been seen on Broadway, the West End, The Met, The Royal Opera House and on tour. His work with FRAY Studio focuses on all forms of live entertainment, especially anything with live music. He enjoys leading large projects which have complex ambitions for the video design and is always pushing at the boundaries of what has been done before, frequently uniting new and innovative technologies and running large, multidisciplinary teams.
