Designer
Grace joined FRAY Studio in 2021, bringing a background in graphic and visual communication that informs her approach to creating immersive, story-driven experiences. She holds a BA in Graphic Design Communication from Chelsea College of Art and an MA in Visual Communication from the Royal College of Art, where her passion for experimental media and storytelling shaped her creative approach.
Before joining FRAY, Grace worked as a Digital Designer at PlayStation, developing interactive campaigns that strengthened her understanding of how visual design can guide emotion, structure story, and build an audience connection across multiple platforms. At FRAY, she combines this experience with a strong conceptual instinct and design tools, including Notch, to develop ideas that balance creativity, narrative, and emotional impact.
Her collaborative work spans a wide range of productions, from Back to the Future: The Musical, Fontaines D.C., and Arlo Parks to Boop! The Musical, Laufey, and Glass Animals, as well as projects with the Royal Opera House, Almeida Theatre, Cirque du Soleil, Coldplay, and Sam Fender.
Grace’s practice is rooted in the belief that storytelling lies at the heart of powerful design. She is especially driven by concept development and visual research, continually exploring how emerging technologies and real-time media can expand the emotional and narrative potential of live experiences.
