Now recruiting our next cohort of Mentees

Breaking into video design is tough without networks or financial safety nets. FRAY DEV_ exists to change that. Our free mentorship programme pairs emerging talent with experienced professionals who can guide, support, and inspire you as you start your journey.

What You’ll Gain

Every mentorship journey is unique, shaped around your goals and ambitions. 

Your mentor might:

• Help refine your animation or design skills

• Offer advice on career pathways in the video industry

• Connect you with the right people and organisations

• Support with portfolios, understanding how to value your time and applications

• Give feedback on your creative process and workflows

Mentorship isn’t about being told what to do, it isn't a job interview to work at FRAY Studio, it’s about having someone in your corner to help you grow and someone to ask questions to which may otherwise go unanswered.

How It Works

• Format: Online video calls

• Duration: One session per month, minimum 6 months

• Cost: Free, no fees involved

• Places: Limited to 14 mentees for a personal experience

• Location: Open worldwide (sessions in English)

• Restrictions: All mentees must be 18 or older.
