Norvydas studied Theatre Lighting Design at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, where an early exploration of previz technology led him into 3D animation and ultimately video design.

He has since worked across a wide range of productions, from theatre to large-scale arena and stadium shows. At FRAY Studio he is responsible for leading the approach to 3D.  His skillset spans 2D and 3D animation, with a particular focus on 3D design and real-time workflows using tools such as Notch and Unreal Engine, as well as emerging AI pipelines.

He enjoys collaborating with other designers to develop and problem-solve ambitious creative ideas, and is passionate about pushing video design forward through innovative workflows and storytelling.
