Jean-Michel Basquiat: King Pleasure

New York & Los Angeles

FRAY Studio produced video and audio installations for Jean-Michel Basquiat: King Pleasure. Working with Basquiat’s family and curator Ileen Gallagher, we transformed sketches into projection-mapped sequences, recreated archival media, and built multi-screen installations. Interviews and soundscapes supported the personal narrative of the exhibition.

You can read about the process of building creating the exhibition on our blog.
